- Title
Everyone has a theory, few have measurement.

- Abstract
The article states measurability as the criterion for identifying a useful theory. Measurement forms the basis of distinction between the more reasoned and formally tested theories of behavioural scientists and personal theories. Separation of the measurable and tested theories from the ephemeral theories forms the main task in health education research. The space between the interventions and the categories of behaviour and health can be reduced by using theories and variables discussed in various research literature.
