- Abstract
Sézary syndrome involving the intestinal tract (j,k) Histological investigation of the specimens of the subtotal colon excision showed submucosal infiltration of atypical lymphocytes with mitotic figures without lymphoepithelial lesion. Histopathological examination of biopsy specimens from erythema on the back showed superficial and perivascular infiltration of mononuclear cells with mild atypia in the dermis (Fig. c, d).
