- Abstract
After treated by nano-technology, the fiber surface of superfine wool combined with nonionic/cationic functional material. Through the functional materials with different ionic and crude oil compatibility test, it analyzed the impact of different wool oil treatment of nano-superfine wool fiber to the handle. The experiments showed that the wool oil containing anions could result in the cementation of superfine wool in spinning process, appear the phenomenon of cylinder around the hair, affect the quality of yarn, and decrease of fiber handle. Using nonionic or non/cationic wool oil could avoid the phenomenon of the cylinder around the hair in hackle and could maintain the original handle of nano- superfine wool.
