The article focuses on changes brought by Great Britain Legal Services Act 2007 including the introduction of the Legal Services Board (LSB) and establishment of a ombudsman in the form of the Office of Legal Complaints. Topics discussed include the methods of practicing law introduced by LSA such as alternative business structures or multi-disciplinary practices, and the plans of LSA 2007 to modify the regulation of the legal services market.
