- Abstract
A case study is presented on the role that ethnobotanical gardens of British Columbia (BC) play in the education of the BC First Nations people, including in regard to their learning of traditional knowledge. An overview of the Nisga'a Indians' relationship with plants, including the depiction of gardens within their oral histories and traditional stories, is provided.
