- Abstract
The article focuses on the legal and legislative solutions used by advocates of riders' civil rights movement in the U.S. It represents the way Harley-Davidson Motor Co.'s bikers and other motorcyclists were treated in many areas of the country. It surveys the discrimination and empowerment of the police on motorcyclists. It was found out that a few police officers commit unprofessional, dangerous and inappropriate tactics, aggressive baiting or abused against innocent motorcyclists.
