- Abstract
In this article the authors discusses on how industrial-organizations respond unproctored Internet testing (UIT). The authors conducted several surveys showing that there are more than two thirds of employers are engaging in UIT specially those who conduct testing for selection. The authors also believe that research agenda should be the focus in improving UIT in terms of cheating, ethics, and legal concerns.
