- Authors
Hackett, Robin; Bigott, Veronica
- Abstract
As newly licensed nurses transition to practice, opportunities exist to optimize self-care. An onboarding layer of support was provided through a nurse residency program that incorporated the SMILE Scale™, a quick and easy tool for self-assessment of well-being. This tool can be incorporated for use with healthcare staff in any environment.
