- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on physical activity considerations for patients after spontaneous coronary artery dissection or with fibromuscular dysplasia. Topics include spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) being a nonatherosclerotic aetiology of acute myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac arrest; and endothelium being considered as the beneficial leading to the release of anti-inflammatory cytokines, vascular remodelling, and angiogenesis.
