The article presents a case study of a four-month-old male Labrador puppy and a two-and-half-month-old Doberman male puppy with history of inappetance, depression, haematemesis and melena. Plain lateral radiography of the abdomen was performed and revealed radio-opaque metallic gastric foreign bodies in both puppy. The article also discusses the surgical management before and after the removal the foreign body.
