- Abstract
An electrocardiogram (b) showing normal sinus rhythm Graph: Figure 2 Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) image of 2-[18F]FDG PET/CT (a), showing a highly hypermetabolic cardiac mass, splenomegaly and bone marrow reaction. A chest radiograph and electrocardiogram (Figure 1), obtained in the emergency room, showed clear lung and pleural spaces and normal sinus rhythm.
