- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 10-year-old boy with panhypopituitarism and recent resection of a craniopharyngioma. An overview about the patient's medical history was given, along with the key facts about the laboratory tests and intravenous access that were obtained. It has been mentioned that the patient had developed diabetes insipidus following the removal of his craniopharyngioma, had led to high and fluctuating postoperative sodium levelectrolyte imbalance.
