- Abstract
The article offers information on the relationship between the rights and duties of employer and recruiting firm under the employment law of the U.S. It examines the benefits and loss of the recruitment of employed candidates to employers related to direct costs associated with hiring, training, and onboarding a replacement. Topics also include the economic agency theory and agency law, role of the Internal Revenue Service in providing guidance on taxation and employee-employer relations.
