- Abstract
The article focuses on Florida Middle District Court case concerning Walt Disney World's queuing accommodations as a study of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) fraud from both a doctrinal and a policy perspective. It mentions case incorporates the risk of fraud described above into ADA through Title III by finding that widespread ADA fraud. It also mentions suspicion of fraud are closely related to prejudices against people with disabilities, particularly with developmental disabilities.
