- Abstract
The article discusses the preference of place of death. It states that parents of life limiting or life threatening diseases preferred home at the time of death and some palliative care. Some did not reveal any preference. It mentions the methods of the studies reviewed failed to accommodate the full range or dynamic character of preference. It mentions that the evidence base for the current policy is inadequate. Rigorous research should be conducted with the parents, children and siblings.
