- Abstract
With the significant increase in the prevalence of obesity, more patients who are the carriers of complex comorbidities are undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery. She underwent a revision of RYGB surgery in August 2019, preoperative weight of 85 kg (BMI 39), with a new configuration of 1-m alimentary limb, 3-m biliopancreatic limb, and 4.2-m common limb, creating a 4-m total alimentary limb length (TALL).
