The article presents a case study of a 31-year-old patient who was examined for chronic streptococic glomerulonephritis that leads to chronic kidney failure in eight years. He developed secondary hyperparathyroidism after a peritoneal dialysis for two years. The patient later developed a swollen ulcerative skin lesion with deformity over the wrist joint and underwent parathyroidectomy.
