- Abstract
The article offers information on the history, significance and role of the 'failure-to-vacate' law in protecting the rights of the residential landlord-tenant in Arkansas. It recommends amendment of the civil eviction statute to improve summary eviction procedures. It analyzes the status of the implied warranty of habitability and recommends the judicial adoption of the district court jurisdiction by the Supreme Court of Arkansas.
