- Abstract
An essay is presented on the use of general jurisdiction by the U.S. Supreme Court in the court cases Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations, S.A. v. Brown and Daimler AG v. Bauman. Topics include the unexplained adoption of "at home" clause by the court on the said court cases, particularly the use of restrictive paradigms, the limitation of the general jurisdiction based on the court ruling, and the evisceration of activities-based general jurisdiction.
