- Authors
Tas, Faruk
- Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of histological subtype on the distribution of metastasis in resected cutaneous melanoma patients, particularly exploring the prevalence of metastasis in different organs such as lungs, liver, bones, and brain. It highlights the significant role of histology, specifically superficial spreading melanoma (SSM), nodular melanoma (NM), and acral lentiginous melanoma (ALM), in predicting recurrence and prognosis.
