- Abstract
There is no advantage to ignoring occult lymphatic metastases in endometrial cancer. There are a variety of strategies available to the surgeon to help in identifying patients at higher risk for lymphatic metastasis who are more likely to benefit from lymphadenectomy. See referenced original article and related editorial on pages 197‐9 and 263‐72.
