The article discusses the HSBC Insurance Brokers Complaints Procedure. HSBC aims to resolve any complaints commonly by closing a business on the business day following the receipt of a complaint. If ever a complaint is not resolved in such way, HSBC will either acknowledge a complaint in writing, provide a final response or offer redress if appropriate.
