- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Kimble v. Marvel Entertainment, LLC which review patent policy and using patent misuse to transition to a discussion of the relationship between antitrust and patent law. It mentions that it reinforces the importance of stare decisis and will result in greater clarity for patent licenses and reflected an outdated view of competition policy.
