- Abstract
The article focuses on the implementation of voluntary reforms by prosecutors to reduce government's activities of racial peremptory challenges related to criminal cases. It discusses prosecutors' care related to prevention of violations of laws considered under the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Batson v. Kentucky. It informs about the selection of neutral jury that is free from race discrimination for fulfilling ethical and utilitarian reasons.
