- Abstract
The article discusses when, and how the military should be called into service to address terrorisms on U.S. Soil, in support to the article penned by Dave Grossman and colleague in the aftermath of September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. It also discusses the legal standards that govern the use of the military in domestic anti-terror activity. Proposals for dealing with the present barriers to actual anti-terror responses and the authors' views and conclusions regarding the matter are presented.
