- Abstract
The article focuses on the importance of using helmets while riding two-wheeler. It presents an accident case in which Ben Roethlisberger, starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers football team was seriously injured while riding a motorcycle without a helmet. It discusses the impact of several mandatory helmet laws including universal helmet law and the Highway Safety Act of 1966.
