- Abstract
Objective To improve pilot's neck and waist muscle exercises efficiency by developing a multi-mode training system based on dynamic feedback. Methods A multi -mode training system was designed with the dynamic feedback principle and composed of a weight counter, a displacement meter, a force meter and a controller. The weight counter calculated the realtime counter weight according to the position of the latch and the thickness of the weight; the displacement meter used a laser distance measurement module to calculate the movement distance of the counter weight; the force meter applied the LCP116 -4kN sensor to measuring the trainer's force during isometric training; the controller, namely a STM32F103R8T6 microcontroller, was the core unit for achieving the system functions. The system had the core software algorithm written with C language and Keil 5 MDK as the development tool. Results The system enabled real-time recording and feedback of training loads, exercise displacement and energy expenditure during the pilot's neck and waist muscle training. Conclusion The system developed helps pilots to accurately identify their own conditions during neck and waist muscle exercises, enabling better training management and motivation than other means.
