- Abstract
Aiming at the influence of underground subway pedestrian tunnel excavation construction on adjacent multi-pipeline disturbance, based on the pedestrian tunnel construction at the entrance and exit of Dengbu Station of Nanchang subway Line 3, the mechanical characteristics of nearby multi-pipeline under the disturbance of tunnel t construction were systematically studied by combining numerical calculation and theoretical analysis, and the influence law of key factors on the mechanical behavior of pipeline was summarized. The calculation method and control measures was proposed for zoning the influence of adjacent dense pipelines dug under an underground subway tunnel. The results show these as follows. Combined with the distribution rule of Peck curve, 60% and 20% of the control value were determined as the threshold of strong, weak and no influence partition. The relationship function between the line vertical displacement and multiple factors obtained by fitting the multiple nonlinear functions has a excellent effect on the division of the affected zones. The established zoning method for the strong and weak impact of the underground excavation of the subway passage on the adjacent dense pipelines can transform the strong impact area of the dense pipelines into the weak impact area and the non-impact area through effective measures to ensure the construction safety.
