- Abstract
Primary antiphospholipid syndrome can clinically manifest itself as thrombosis and or recurrent fetal losses as well as the presence of autoimmune anemia, neurologic manifestations and skin involvement. Extensive cutaneous necrosis is the least common of these, so we report the case of a 64 year old female which presents extensive cutaneous necrosis as primary manifestation of primary antiphospholipid syndrome, with few previous reports in history.
