- Abstract
Fibronectin has good repair effect on human skin, but its practical application is hindered by easy biodegradation and difficult preservation. Freeze drying technology can prolong the shelf life of biological products, but it may damage some of their biological activities. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the actual efficacy of the fibronectin lyophilized powder prepared by freeze-drying technology. Herein, by means of in vitro cell experiment, zebrafish animal model experiment and human repair efficacy experiment, multi-dimensional detection was used to evaluate the safety of the newly formulated fibronectin lyophilized powder and its actual efficacy of skin repair. The results showed that the fibronectin lyophilized powder had low cytotoxicity, significant abilities to promote cell migration and proliferation, and strong skin repair effect. Therefore, the fibronectin lyophilized powder has the advantages of good safety and strong skin repair efficacy, which provides new ideas for the development of new skin repair cosmetics.
