- Abstract
The article reports on the low abundance proteins (LAP) found in plant proteome. It looks at the two dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DGE) process that enables researches to detect, analyze and identify proteins of a cell or tissue simultaneously. An overview along with the merits and demerits of the RuBisCo depletion method and the immuno-affinity based methods are also provided.
