- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old male patient with ulcerative colitis and history of draining abscesses of his lower legs. Topics discussed include results of various medical tests such as absence of leukocytosis, negative mycobacteria tuberculosis PCR and a negative QuantiFERON-TD Gold; usage of oral steroids, colchicine, thalidomide, or dapsone in the treatment; and complication due to ulcerative colitis.
