- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 60-year-old Caucasian woman who presented with hand-foot syndrome caused by docetaxel. She was diagnosed with Grade 3 hand-foot syndrome (HFS) and paclitaxel replaced docetaxel. The case showed that the switch to paclitaxel allowed the patient to maintain the anticancer therapeutic benefit without discontinuing taxane.
