- Abstract
The article focuses on presenting two distinct cases: an elderly man with alcohol addiction developing cataracts alongside physical, mental, and social frailties, and an elderly patient with double-hit lymphoma, severe renal impairment, and unfavorable performance status undergoing successful chemotherapy. These cases underscore the complex medical challenges and treatment approaches required for elderly patients with significant health issues.
