- Abstract
Compares the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exercise, and the combination of both for improving physical functioning and reducing the symptoms of Gulf War Veterans' illnesses (GWVI). Design, setting, patients, interventions, main outcome measures, and results; Conclusion suggesting CBT and/or exercise provides some relief for some symptoms of chronic multisymptom illnesses.
