- Abstract
The article discusses the results of a cross-sectional study to identify the Hepatitis B virus (HPV) antibody titer and immunity levels of health care workers and personnel working in an emergency department through the ELISA method. Hepatitis B is cited to be one of the most dominant infectious diseases in the world, with more than 2 billion people infected and more than 350 million chronic carriers. Findings reveal a significant relationship between age and hepatitis B antibody level.
