- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old woman suffering from end-stage renal failure because of systemic lupus erythematosus. She was admitted for her first renal transplant. Her donor was a 31-year-old woman. The first immunosuppression was made up of sequential quadruple therapy, which was followed by tacrolimus (FK), mycophenolate mofetil and steroids.
