- Abstract
The article describes the case of a six-year-old girl diagnosed with tuberculosis osteomyelitis of the zygomatic arch. The patient presented with non-tender soft tissue swelling on the right cheek. Topics covered include the results of the examination, other potential differential diagnoses and the treatment of zygomatic tuberculosis disease. It also cites how the case illustrates the challenge of diagnosing rare presentations of tuberculosis.
