- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 67-year-old lady with immunoglobulin G multiple myeloma (MM) who experienced disorders including blanching and loss of temperature after being treated with biological agents including bortezomib and doxorubicin. Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted-imaging of the brain revealed signs of vasogenic edema in the posterior regions in the thalamus, brain stem, and cerebellum. The patient was diagnosed with reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome.
