The article discusses on the remarkable men before John Marshall who was considered to be the Agamemnon of the history of the Supreme Court in the U.S. and the court's greatest justice in the whole universe. It states that one of the remarkable judges was James Iredell, who was an Englishman. It mentions that his analysis and explanation includes everything and has a great influence. It notes that like Marshall and the other previous justices Iredell looked at the review of the judiciary as contributing to the society's will.
