The article presents an argument declaring that arbitration costs interfering with the workings of contingent fee contracts, contingent fee contracts provide a mechanism for overcoming possible liquidity and risk aversion problems caused by arbitration costs. Furthermore, this literature also discusses the cost structure of arbitration, the economic analysis of arbitration costs, and the reexamination of the legal doctrine, among others.
