- Abstract
The article focuses on the contribution of spontaneous brain activity to conceptual processing by analyzing if the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) signals can explain individual differences in the conceptual processing efficiencies of healthy persons. It concludes that the intrinsic or spontaneous human brain activity shows the processing efficiency of the semantic system.
