- Authors
Shapiro, Sidney A.
- Abstract
The article discusses the author's contention that the coherence and effectiveness of the administrative process in America suffers from the failure to understand expertise in administrative law (adlaw), and it mentions the use of pragmatism to assess and test adlaw concepts in the U.S. Public administration and the administrative decision-making and rulemaking processes are examined, along with rationality, organizational goals, and the expertise of various U.S. government agencies.
