The article offers information on the University of Delaware students' protest titled, "UD: End the Silence, End the Shame' against campus sexual assault in the U.S. Topics discussed include ways in which the U.S. Department of Education's failure in providing mandates to prevent campus rapes.; ways in which universities can and should handle these cases while still remaining in compliance with Title IX; and interplay of campus protest with state policy and the local implementation of policy.
