- Abstract
The article focuses on the scope of anti-cyber bullying statutes that prohibits cyber bullying in school and protects student free speech as well as their constitutionality in U.S states. It discusses issues addressed by anti-cyber bullying statutes such as professional development in preventing cyber bullying for school personnel, parents, or students, criminal sanctions imposed for cyber bullying and protection of school personnel as well as students.
