- Abstract
The article presents a discussion on preclinical Vitamin E research. Researcher Maret Traber suggested that vitamin E may have significant nuclear receptor effects relating to PXR which have not been studied. Researcher Angelo Azzi agreed with Traber and said that they have to identify the function of vitamin E in human subjects first, and then they can develop the models in animals or in tissue culture. Researcher Klaus Kramber said that they should analyze the biopotency of vitamin E.
