- Abstract
The article discusses the advancements in the U.S. employment and labor law, criminal law, and environmental law, which were held in 2012. It further discusses the application of Analysis, Comparison, Evaluation and Verification (ACE-V), a fingerprint analysis methodology, in the Minnesota District Court case called "Frye-Mack," wherein the appellant was charged of burglary. It informs that U.S. President Barack Obama has affirmed whistle blowing protection under the U.S. whistleblowing laws.
