- Abstract
The article discusses the author's views on the relevance of the annual national day celebration of the Law Day every May 1 of each year. He mentions the theme for the 2011 Law Day which focuses on the legacy of John Adams to celebrate the American lawyers' proud tradition of standing up for unpopular causes. The author adds that the courage of American lawyers in defending unpopular causes or hated persons is something to honor and celebrate on a special day.
