- Abstract
Infective endocarditis usually invades one or two valves, and triple valve endocarditis is rare.[1] Surgical treatment of concomitant aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve diseases remains a challenge and is still associated with non-negligible mortality and morbidity. Computed tomography revealed an abnormal hypodense mass-like lesion on the mitral and tricuspid valves, but a perivalvular abscess-like lesion was not demonstrated (Figure). The risk of valve surgery for endocarditis in patients with dialysis-dependent renal failure.
