- Abstract
The article provides tips for company spokesperson on how to create context for messaging before facing the press. To develop the press kit and preparation materials, the spokesperson had to do a good deal of research. It is also important to compile some of the information into briefing documents for the team's consumption. Also included, incorporating theoretical discussion into rehearsals and considering a mission statement for all communications related to a certain project.
